I was wondering if the palms are trimmed or do they neatly grow like that? i like the street lamps in between them. Thanks for sharing.

They have to be trimmed every year. The video attached in this link shows it very ewell. Basically, the lower fronds are cut, then a year later they are dry, and can easily be removed, making the bare trunk higher.
