Another visitor

For the past few weeks, kiddo has been investigating under and around the front entrance balcony for some noise he keeps hearing (but no-one else does). Now often that means he has scientific evidence of some Star Wars related creature or other, but on this occasion, he finally spotted the source of the noises he’d been hearing..a beautiful young Iguana/lizard.

Now I’m no expert on these creatures as you can tell, so if you are, can you tell us what this is?
