Since you asked… I would suggest getting up as high as 1/3 or 1/2 the height of the structure and shooting from that height. This way the dimensions will be most accurate and the least convergence at the top. Possibly from the roof of the yellow building to the left, so the sun will be behind the tower, allowing for some great sun flare and silhouette photos.
