Weekly Photo Challenge: Today Was A Good Day (I)
11Friday 21 August, 2015 by Uncle Spike
This week’s first entry from me for the Weekly Photo Challenge takes me back just to last weekend. We were over on the Datça Peninsula, the point on the western coast of Türkiye where the Aegean and the Mediterranean Sea’s meet.
As to the ‘why’ it was a good day, well we were visiting good friends that stretch back to my wife’s first university (bachelor studies) many moons ago. The day in question started off with an early morning walk across the cliff top and ended up with scoffing seafood as the sun set. Doesn’t get much better than that.
Hope you enjoy this entry.

Sometimes I find myself in such an unbelieveably good circumstance, that I look around at the people, scenery, event, whatever, and I just want to absorb it right into my skin; incorporate it right into me so I don’t lose a single bit of it. Good days are like that. And so many days are good now.
