Throwback Thursday – The first weeks

Thursday 30 July, 2015 by Uncle Spike

When we first took on the farm it was just an overgrown mess, with trees in poor condition and one heck of a battle clearly lay ahead. My guesstimate at that time was seven years to completion – bang on as it happens! In those first few weeks there was so much to do, and being totally inexperienced, it was a steep learning curve!!
