Throwback Thursday – Olives indoors!
9Thursday 23 July, 2015 by Uncle Spike
This takes me back… to the days before the house was fully habitable. We still lived here, but it was a construction site too, so it seemed only fitting to use the spare bedroom for preparing olives for the oil factory!

Of course, the balcony came in handy too 🙂

As did the hallway…
Well, there were no outside buildings back then, so needs were a must!

how many trees? (sorry I’m a late.comer) and did all this give off any kind of smell?

That was from maybe 20 trees I guess, from a very good year where our 50 trees gave us 1200kg of fruit! But no smell… or rather, I am so used to it, I guess I wouldn’t even know 🙂
