Reminds me of a postcard my dad sent me when I was about 3 or 4 when he was up in the highlands for who knows what. He was a man of few words and when I turned it over it said ‘Thought you’d like this. Dad’ I treasure it still … thanks for the memory jog 🙂

Having had the pleasure of meeting Pipe Major MacPherson – piper to the Queen Mother – a numerous Football matches (Kit man for the Met Police) – I have to say this is a wonderfully symbolic image 🙂
