My favourite side dish, PEPPERS ‘N’ YOGHURT; dried peppers cooked crisp and served with a bowl of cool natural unpasteurized fresh yoghurt. Yum!!

I have to say the food in Turkey has been absolutely delicious during our stay, varied and inspired.

  3. Speaking of dipping. I can have no dairy. So… Took a ripe banana that needed to be used and ½ can of coconut milk, a few drops of vanilla, ½ tsp powdered sugar. Whipped it up. Dipped in sliced apple and apricots. Very nice.
