Slightly spikey, a bit furry, with a big flower as a crown; yep it’s one of those baby cucumbers!
This is my entry for Macro Monday for this week. Hope you all enjoy it!

Haha, saw your post this morning (and responded), and now only just seen your message – I’m all mixed up 🙂
Unkle Spike, please do answer the questions! Hope your young mathematician’ll help you with the last one 🙂
It’s dwarfed by its flower! 🙂
Jeepers. With the whole pestilence thing, it’s a wonder we as a species eat at all.
They have to too – just a battle of whp wind what
Decipher please: who wind what
Brain freeze…. it was just a matter of who wins what, as in they win some battles, I win others. Sorry about that 🙂
The start of many more 🙂

Until the hot weather cranks up, then the whitefly destroys all. So far, the early summer is unseasonally cool 🙂
Really? Thankfully nothing bothers our cucumbers ..except when it gets too dry and they get bitter 😃
I normally get them to stay alive for 2-3 weeks after first fruit. The whitefly and then the red spider are fierce competition when the summer hits. Cooler weather this year (mid 30s) has made a huge difference.
Lovely! Always great when they show up:)
