Dill seed head

Sunday 31 May, 2015 by Uncle Spike

Dill is such a small and delicate herb – and which I’m about to chop back for summer and cut/freeze what there is to last until next season. But until then, I enjoy the seed heads – quite remarkable for the size of plant.

  2. I like a bit of dill mixed with mayonnaise on cucumbers. Not too much, tho, or it tastes too much like pickles.
