Flower Friday – More Syros Colour

3

Friday 21 November, 2014 by Uncle Spike

More street shots from the Greek island of Syros, the capital of the Cyclades. On every street, at every corner you turn, there are houses adorned with magnificent colours….
How very different this all is to our more ‘rough’ farming style of gardening in the blistering heat of southern Turkey. Greece may be considered ‘hot’, but we go there to ‘cool down’ in summer if we can 🙂

Oh, that is gorgeous! I would love to stand there and be surrounded by all that color! Brown is our new color of the year….I’m not a fan of different shades of dead.
