Nothing jumps out at me from the comments I have to say. Not plastic, not fabric, not wet. Maybe something frozen, but would have to be in your freezer as not cold enough outside. Maybe stones? I am thinking something natural. Could it be a type of seaweed?

Well, I am stumped. Some sort of wet fabric? (I know … that’s a dumb guess … but it looks wet and the wavy makes me think of fabric)

A sheet of synthetic material in a roll (possibly rayon) with a padded underlay for making something — not sure what, though. Insulated/thermal clothing or something. Or maybe it’s some sort of sheeting used to protect plants from frost.
