Weekly Photo Challenge: Room (II)

Saturday 07 June, 2014 by Uncle Spike

This week’s second entry from me for the Weekly Photo Challenge is of a room that was known simply as ‘The Long Drop’… If you hadn’t guessed, it was a loo, wc, lavatory, restroom, bathroom, convenience, little boys room – call it what you will.

The ‘long drop’ was a description of the ‘plumbing’… err, there was simply a seat, beneath which was a ‘long drop’ 🙂

Different, eh?

Hope you enjoy this entry.

Oh, by the way, we have a late addition to his post, from Sarah, one of the Spikey’s (a.k.a. one of the followers of this strange blog)….

A silly haiku for Uncle Spike 😉
Under loo’s long drop,
in the bowels of the earth,
sounds a mighty plop.

The first entry for this week can be found here: WPC ‘Room’ (I)
