Monday 03 March, 2014 by Uncle Spike

My posting for Macro Monday.

The deciduous fruit trees around the farm are starting to bud for the new season, and I noted also a couple of week ago that the Liquid Amber trees were also starting to bud.

And here’s an update from yesterday…

Hope you all like it !

Now that the weather has started to cool down, it will be time to get back into the garden and see what I can plant. Love the photographs.

  3. I love when the fruit trees start blooming! It’s always such a fresh feeling and they usually create such a remarkable smell in the air. Great photo!

Thanks very much… yep, very fragrant here now, and will be very noisy too in about 3-4 weeks when the clementine and orange trees flower – the bees invade, big time!
