Who Can ‘Guess This’?

Wednesday 19 February, 2014 by Uncle Spike

Following on from my triumph last week (finally), in which nobody guessed the object (although ‘O’, hubby of Jennifer from Omnia Mea Mecum Porto was closest), I have to see if I can get 2 for 2… or will KG from the blog Books, Music, Photography & Movies guess correctly as she did in the previous week….

Good luck Spikey’s.

I too was going to guess a sewing machine bobbin case or camera lens…ummmm, maybe an old cable outlet for the tv…

  2. ballerina95 says:

O’s guess: washing machine or dryer

  3. raroto says:

I think I got it! But I’m not telling…you gonna have to pry it from me! Heh 🙂

  4. I have gone through the comments, and I can’t guess anything else 😦

  5. ballerina95 says:

Could be a fuel tank of a car. I see stains.

  6. Br4ceYourself says:

    Gun barrel?

  7. Told you: I won’t play, I won’t play, I won’t play…
But could it be the drain of a sink? No, it’s not, right?

  8. Ninna says:

I’ve been thinking of a sewing machine. Down where you put the small cotton reel – though it’s empty for the time being.

  9. annette2121 says:

Is it looking into an electric light fitting ???

  10. You love tormenting us. Honestly! Like I said before, you are a little sh*t.

This looks like it is made out of ceramic. But what, I don’t know! Grrrr……

  11. panikikubik says:

My second guess…a long ball….. I guess it a part of a button. You know the under part where you put the upper half and press the buttonparts together. I feel like I’m in kindergarden again and I really think it’s a fun idea of yours to let us guess

  12. hmmmm. perhaps the top of an electric stove with the element removed? just a wild guess…

  13. Looking down the throat of a milk bottle.

  14. raroto says:

Hm. Looks like a gas hob burner with brass rings, minus the cap. *fingers crossed* 🙂

  15. The bottom of a coffee mug! That is my guess.

  16. NikiMarie says:

Hmm… I’m going to say something smaller than what other guessers have said. Could it be a hole from something like a belt? Or even on a boot; the holes were the laces go through? Ha, can I have two guesses? 🙂

  17. annette2121 says:

An old thermos flask? Or into a projector?

  18. fredrieka says:

NO!!! You can not suck me into this again 😉

  19. panikikubik says:

Are you allowed to guess more than once in this challenge?

  20. panikikubik says:

    This is fun 🙂 hmm
I think it’s a hole to the gasoline tank in the car or some vehicle.

  21. John says:

    Inside an old camera lens?

  22. KG says:

Getting more tougher by the week 😦
OK wild guess, Peep hole ?

  23. Ninna says:

    Oh! Gosh!!!!!
Have to think a bit more about this….
It’s probably not what I first thought is was…
And even if it is so, I don’t know what it’s called in English…
