Wordless Wednesday ~ Christmas Snow
5Wednesday 25 December, 2013 by Uncle Spike
No Christmas over here, and no snow either for sure. But I’m still gonna post for Wordless Wednesday… anyone else?
However, whilst we don’t have any ‘Christmassy’ scenes to share, here’s one my best friend took from the cab of his truck in the south of England. It just reminded me of cold winter days of my childhood and ergo, Christmas.
.
Here in southern Sweden we have no snow either. Just a lot of rain and + 7-8 C. When I was a kid, there was always snow for christmas. I don’t know what went wrong.
If I’m gonna keep up with wordless wednesday, I got to hurry…

…and I thought you Swedes always had the snow, oh well. I have a former work colleague in Helsinki; now they always get the snow I think 🙂
For now I’ll have to make do with looking at blog posts of the white stuff instead (twas 19 here today)

At the same latitude in Sweden as Helsinki is in Finland, there is also snow. Stockholm for example. At least I think so. 😉
But something has happened with the climate during the last decades. And I’m not sure it’s a good thing.
