My Coffee Lounge

Friday 06 December, 2013 by Uncle Spike

This is where I have my morning mug of coffee. After felling some big fir trees, Aunty Spike ordered a ‘coffee spot’ or two in the garden.

Using a few tree trunk sections and the spare granite worktop section that was left over from when we cut in the kitchen sink, we created this place.

Used almost daily, it comes in handy for a morning coffee, to discuss our respective achievements at the end of our working days and even for homework in the summer.

  2. If it weren’t too hot outside our home, we’d have coffee in our little lawn. Great place you have there!

Love it! I can’t help thinking a couple limbs to make a back on one of those stumps would be needed for me though. 🙂
