For the Weekly Photo Challenge: Good Morning!, my entry is taken from a sunrise baloon flight over Kapadokya, or Cappadocia as you might know it, on my 40th birthday (a little while ago, lol). It was darned cold, but THAT was one way to say Good Morning to the world 😀

  7. I’ve never done that. Must be a blast (so to speak).

Loved it… so silent too as you drift across the valleys and hills, brushing treetops too 🙂

I know there have been some accidents, but rather go that way than under a bus – statistically I reckon it’s pretty safe.

That was my second go (first some 25 yrs ago, but would definitely go again if I had the chance 😀

      Have a cracking Monday…

How perfect is this? Today is the first day of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta! We’ll have over 500 hot air balloons in the sky on some days. You are so right! Ballooning really does make for one heck of a good morning!

LOL! We did it on my 50th in Australia. Spectacular. I was amazed at how early in the morning you have to get up and go, and how low the chances are that you’ll actually be able to fly. A once-in-a-lifetime!! Good choice.

You know, I was never interested in Turkey until I started reading your blog. 🙂 Now I find myself considering that part of the world in my family’s future travels. Love your posts, needless to say.
