All over the farm we have problems with Passionflower taking over. It’s pretty invasive, but I prefer to cut it back rather than spray it – too nice to kill off 🙂

hello uncle spike its dennis the vizsla dog hay we hav that stuf growing on owr bak fense!!! it gits visitted by hummingbirds a lot and it mayks littel froots of sum sort but unfortchoonatly it is not the kind that we kan eet but it shoor is pritty!!! mama likes to kut the flowers and flote them in water bowls!!! ok bye
Hey Dennis… yep, it’s Passionflower, and yes, there are some varieties that will produce Passion Fruit, which is certainly edible and quite a delicacy. We have a few long fences covered in the stuff – grows like mad; but also spreads underground, which is a pain.
